This cake caused me some stress

Josh's 9th Birthday

Looks a bit simple to be a stressful cake doesn't it? Well... it was originally meant to be a Transformers Cake, but I couldn't seperate the edible icing from the backing paper, so at midnight, I had to race down to the supermarket {thank god for 24hr ones} and pick up some extra ingredients to make a Snakes and Ladders game

Gluten Free can be cool too

Paris 9th Birthday

This cake is a Gluten Free Butter Cake and was oh so yummy

1 x round butter cake, 1 x square butter cake, buttercream icing, edible glitter and chocolate flakes make up this cake

The first Cake I ever made

This was made for Paris on her 5th Birthday

I did not bake this cake as I wasn't that brave.  I bought a plain sponge from the supermarket and cut and decorated it
